Weigh-ins
Ok people! The “daily weigh in” is not working for me… just a little to discouraging with the whole up and down in water weight and what not… So from here and out… its “weigh in Sundays” for me.

I find it better to weight in once a week as well.
If you do have to weigh yourself every day do it first thing when you wake up after you pee.. and don’t weigh yourself any other time that day. I’ve read some where before that your actual weight is what it is when you first weigh yourself in the morning.. i guess because theres no food in your stomach?
i dont think you should weigh yourself everday…good idea making it one time a week!
I weigh in on Monday. Of course, I sneak a peek at the scales Sunday night [which doesn’t show me much] and usually once during the week [guilty!]. I think it works better this way. One official weigh-in a week.
i’ve relied more on measuring myself instead of weighing in, although I try to do that once a week like these gals. Measuring is great because you physically see the difference - with the scale, you never know, the one-2 pound difference might be water or muscle weight.
